• Can we quote you?

Sometimes we get a comment that's so good, we want to add it to our website or product packaging. If you've said something really nice about us and don't mind if we quote you, please read this agreement and check the box below.

I agree that ArcSoft, Inc. (together with its affiliates, assigns, and successors, collectively "ArcSoft") can use my name, location, and quotation (listed as Exhibit A, collectively "Information") in any from and manner without any limitation; as long as such use is not defamatory against me.

  I waive any right to inspect or approve such use, whether such use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right as for possible royalties or other compensation arising from ArcSoft's use of the Information. I agree to release and hold harmless ArcSoft from and against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from or related to the Information and the use of the Information.  In addition, it is my understanding that it is the discretion of ArcSoft to decide whether to use the Information.

  I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
